Miss "whatever" in my country, scratch that, in my region of the world are not only some of the most beautiful women but also the smartest. How the hell does a dumbass get to win this award in America, I have no idea. Is the criteria different or something? Because I thought we adopted this American show and therefore used the same criteria. I've never heard one as clueless as this before.
